Individualized strength training sessions for endurance athletes targeted to your unique needs and goals for the racing season.

In a running performance assessment we will chat about your endurance and strength training programming, fueling, injury history, and current goals. Objective testing and a running gait analysis will be performed to determine areas for improvement. You will receive an individualized strength training program based on your needs and athletic goals. Also, training, fueling, and recovery recommendations will be outlined based on your life and it's unique demands to optimize your health and performance.
