I am out-of-network with all health insurers, and I am not enrolled as a medicare provider. I do accept HSA, FSA, and all major credits cards and am happy to provide you with a superbill (itemized document) that has the necessary information so you can submit to your insurance company. This model allows me to spend more time with you, one-on-one, and work together to meet your goals, without possible insurance constraints.

That is completely dependent on your personal story. I generally see athletes for fewer visits than when treated under commercial insurance plans. This is because our sessions are very focused on education and management of your own condition. I give you a detailed program that you will perform at home between sessions. For the majority of overuse injuries we see in endurance athletes, I don’t need to see you multiple times per week that you may have been prescribed in PT previously.
I specialize in the rehabilitation of bone stress injuries in endurance athletes.
Whether you have a diagnosis or suspect you are dealing with a bone stress injury, you do not have to figure it out alone. The more pieces of the puzzle we can gather, the better we can identify a BSI early, target the underlying drivers, and get you on the right path to optimize your health and return to healthy, fast running.
